Chris and Shannon McCarthy founded McCarthy Custom Homes in 2007. Since then we have completed over 100 residential projects, with 100 percent of our work coming from neighbor-to-neighbor referrals. We value community and family above all, and pride ourselves on creating lasting relationships with our clients. As a small company doing “big business,” quality craftsmanship, customer service, and customer satisfaction are our top priorities.
What We Do
McCarthy Custom Homes, LLC is a general contractor with experience in all aspects of residential construction and remodeling. We offer design, consulting and construction services for projects large and small, from new homes to bathroom remodels. Our specialty is creating custom outdoor living spaces, and we maintain a superior understanding of current project costs, material availability, timelines, city permitting, and homeowners association guidelines. This knowledge enables us to build your outdoor living area in the most timely and cost-effective manner, avoiding the pitfalls that sometimes occur with less-experienced contractors.
Our People
Our four-man team completes most of the work itself, and we subcontract electrical, plumbing, roofing and HVAC work to our network of expert subcontractors. We require our subcontractors to carry out their work at the highest level of quality and with the utmost competency.
